How does spell check work?
Spellcheck can be found in the Formatting toolbar.
To spell check an entry, simply click the spell check icon and incorrectly spelled words will appear highlighted in light red. Then RIGHT CLICK on those highlighted words and suggestions for the correct spelling will appear. Select the desired spelling or ignore the word if you want the spelling to remain. Is spellcheck just for American English? Is there an option to switch to a British English dictionary, or any foreign languages?

The spell check is weird and jumpy. If you correct one mistake the highlights of other mistakes disappear and you have to click spell check again. And there is no option to add the word as in a word-processing spell check. Kind of a pain, but I assume it’s an easy problem to fix and that it will be soon…?

Hi Rich,
We only have English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, and Dutch currently. You can find those by clicking the small arrow next to the spell check button on the Format toolbar…

Hi, when i press spellcheck, i get a red line under my spelling mistakes but only for a half a second and then the red line disappears. it doesn’t highlight. When i scroll over words, it doesn’t list suggestions

We continue to have problems with Spell Check, most importantly for all browsers. We recommend using Firefox for the best results and are looking into improvements for this.
